Michael Wohlstadt's small mixed farm uses century old methods for feeding and raising his livestock and churning his artisan butter.
Michael raises free-range heritage breed Berkshire and Tammworth pigs, known for tender, moist meat. His range of pork, ham, bacon and cured meats are unique in their flavour, not only attributable to the breed, but also to the inclusion of milk in the pig's diet.
